Out today and the trip was OK BUT really bad for me re the Rheumatoid arthritis.
Neck, shoulders. radiating down the arms and swelling re the hands. Hands and joints are clicking.
Painful MEGA painful. Given that I have OVER 50% numbness re my upper torso ? Imagine if I did NOT have that numbness? Borderline nausea.
I had NO choice, but to take a booster dose, of the Prednisilone. an extra 5mgs.
I can’t emphasize, how bad the discomfort was. The worst it has been for months re that. True, my neck re cervical spine has been senstitive. Some creaking and clicking of the bones.
Radiating pain, nausea, swollen joints.
The top up dose, did eventually help, EASE the discomfort, BUT not the overall swelling AND the nausea.
As it was an increased dose of the steroid Prednisilone I increased my water intake, to balance the flushing out, of any increased steroid.
I’ll maintain that for the next 24 hours.
Bloods taken. Full + Should have those results shortly. Those results are critical to me to be able to manage my
HEALTH and WELL BEING .
No having to wait re the GP or consultants etc Often when it suits them re results OR no results at all? No, I am past that.
The NHS (UK) is a ‘train wreck’. So much WRONG with it that can’t and I emphasize this, CANNOT BE FIXED.
They can throw money at it, hire FOREIGNERS to run the NHS, or work in the NHS. (UK) I am NOT going there re what is so wrong with a lot on that perspective.
OUR trained doctors et are heading abroad? No surprises there. Replacing them? I will leave you to guess the outcome.

I decided some time ago to target certain aspects of my health and well being.
FOOD DIET- was one of the biggest concerns.
Cheap foods are some of the worst. Heavily processed ‘mechanically’ separated meats and’ the list goes on. A slurry that I am not going to make comparisons to re some of them.
SALT CONTENT!
I tried initially to compensate a little, by adding fresh vegetables, such as cabbage, (greens), carrots, corn and so on. BUT that SLURRY was far more of a problem then I was giving credit to.
Increased acidity, acid reflux and digestive issues; FACT. Eliminating a lot of that cess pit increased my digestive issues to a far more acceptable level.
We have to remember that manufacturers of those goods also produce more expensive versions. The cheap ones, they tout for a price, with a high profit margin. Note th HIGH PROFIT margin, don’t be deluded into thinking they don’t make much from that SLURRY.
Worse however is the more EXPENSIVE, same or similar items, with a few mods re end taste etc, that are negligible, whilst their profits, now are even greater?
Reduced sizes same price. Altered ingredients, substituting for cheap alternatives including chemically produced artificial E numbers? IT has got worse.. as for foreign imported meat based products?
Where the source is debatable let alone lying, cheating and anything but what they declare on the label?
My changing my diet I have noticed has helped to such a level I truly believe it IS one of the reasons I have managed to out live a lot of expectations re my numbered days..
Breads, baked products such as cakes etc are also another shocking aspect to my diet that had to be changed DRAMATICALLY. Seriously bad not just re sugar but again heavily PROCESSED flours, fats the list goes on and on.
Not only digestive system issues, but overall cognitive functions, affects a lot of hormonal aspects. Mood swings, feeling bloated, uneasy, uncomfortable and it is due to that HEAVILY PROCESSED pastry OR bread? Most of the time it is due to
HEAVILY PROCESSED with added E number ingredients re flavouring, colour and more.
Home cooking? The problem with that often is

Meats have to be carefully assessed re WHERE from! I avoid European et meats! Too many meat scandals. American chlorinaterd chicken? Uhh no thanks.
Brazillian corned beef? Spam? PROCESSED and ingredients re hot dogs, sausages and ? SALT CONTENT!
When you are in MY situation health and well being wise.. WISE being the operative word here; YOU HAVE to make decisions, not always getting it right but lessons learned you remember next time NOT to buy that product...
I love Mackerel, Kippers et BUT mega bad for me re digestive issues et SO NO!
COD, HADDOCK - fine! in fact very agreeable. Bread crumbs et. Pollack is also OK but not one of my regular choices NOR the labels that don’t declare WHAT fish is in their products.
Fruits? Bananas YES but NOT ripe or over ripe; the sugar content can be 6 x plus... Cranberries, blue berries, raspberries, pomegranate ! Excellent with cereal etc breakfast !
OK KEY FACTORS I MONITOR CAREFULLY.
WATER intake. at least 1 litre a day.. Tea yes, coffee VERY occasionally, milky, a teaspoon, powder. Pea nut butter, whole nut paste YES. High CALORIE items are good for me. I need to put on weight to replace lost body fat and muscle mass.
OUT : Diuresis (*urine) Bowels : frequency, difficulties, colour, smell, some testing.
BREATHING.: Sinuses. Nasal, throat and more re soreness, dryness, swallowing et
BLOOD PRESSURE carefully REGULARLY monitored, treated.
BLOODS regularly PRIVATELY tested NOT NHS..
MOBILITY and MOTIVITY. I try hard to maintain an acceptable level BUT of course my health and well being issues cause problems I have NO control over that affect that.

I am losing HOURS randlomly due to CHRONIC FATIGUE. OveralL MALAISE, general tiredness AND IT is a real nuiisance / nightmare!
I have now decided to record times when I am cursed with this AND will be doing my best to find solutions to combat it.
IT IS A NIGHTMARE!
It is when 4 in the afternoon turns out to be 4 IN THE MORNING!
Chest is tight, wheezy and restricting my mobility AND motivity.
I am also redoing my diet, food intakes and more - revising my intake and cutting out certain foods especially high processed foods greasy foods etc

LOW SYSTOLIC - LOW DIASTOLIC = HIGH PULSE RATE
HIGH SYSTOLIC, - HIGH DIASTOLIC = LOW PULSE RATE.
Wheezy and chesty. NOT from the cold weather etc or lack of warmth. Some ‘ribbing’ of muscle over L thigh/ I have taken pictures and will publish them.
Socks cause a ring around the ankle region, where the tissue, builds up behind it ... NOT good.
