That ‘leision’ is playing up re discomfort etc Am treating it with the steroid cream but ?!
Kidneys are still problematic re discomfort re pain re infection / damage.

Currently fighting an attack taking place on my KIDNEYS.
As regular viewers know, I have been observing some rising clinistix test results re PROTEIN in the URINALYSIS. +++
A urine sample test, DID show the possibility of an INFECTION though I suspect my other issues re meds. re auto immune and and and issues are bringing this attack taking place into being.
Most noticeable AND PAINFUL was the short sharp jagged pain = Back - LEFT side and almost certainly the KIDNEY area. That was Thurs, on FRIDAY - TODAY, I noted the discomfrot from last night through to NOW.. indicates the RIGHT KIDNEY is also being attacked.

I did have a serious issue re my lower back on the LEFT side of my body with extreme sharp crippling bursts of pain ! I have little doubt KIDNEY related.
Re kidney infection or damage.. Viewers know my opinion on the use of ANTIBIOTICS but this time I have to concede that I WILL be using such to combat further damage etc to the kidney etc.

Right ‘Eustachian canal’ problematic. Somewhat puffy and affecting hearing : Ear wax. That side of the face has a different sensitivity to the Left. I’m going to have to look at ways to control the ear wax issue. NOT using OLIVE oil.
Drippy nose with what appeared to be a cold?? I may have to take some cold medicine with a drying agent et.. I hae NOT in the past has problems with COLDS or FLU.. !!
Again another indication of how badly my immune system has been compronised.

A DVT / DVE /Stroke is VERY high risk for me. 5. A notiiceable SPASM in the throat (epiglottis) is occasional BUT occuring with increased frequency. I am monitoring this VERY carefully. I need to repeat for those ‘medical professionals’ NOT taking notice re this .. I am convinced, it is a by product, of the Sjögren's syndrome immune attack. Dryness of the throat, that AFTER TASTE remains unchanged. 6. Breathing, respiratory continues to be NOISY, WHEEZY and definitely getting worse. NO flem, NO coughing of blood BUT some coughing present.
7. Chronic lower back pain persists. Taking Paracetanol 250mgs every 6 hours is not doing much to ease that. Because of the high risk re LIVER damage from taking Paracetamol I am being very careful re taking that, I already have a lot of other possible damage to liver etc internal organs from ie meds and treatments to be watching carefully. 8. Hands are swollen, puffy re fingers and joints. Stiffness and clicking of joints. 9.Ears : both are showing signs of EAR WAX building up and causing not only some hearing loss BUT also affecting any temperature readings. No inner ear issues detected.

Lower (lumbar region) back pain has been a real problem re mobility. Almost constant ‘gnawing pain’, especially when walking, attempting to pick things up or generally re stretching, reaching, movement.

Respiratory is still NOISY - wheezy and some shortness of breath. I am more than aware of how this appears to be getting worse.
Oxy levels are 93/94% 104 BUT I already know I have problems re my bloods = LOW oxygen.
The left calf muscle has eased back re discomfort BUT (Tibialis anterior.) I can tell viewers I sense the damage has been done, as to how much re that muscle and surrounding tissue ?? I have to be careful re CRAMP if I shift my legs NOTE LEGS wrong I can end up with really painful CRAMP!

It has taken me all day to stabilise myself. The ‘hell’ lasted from yesterday (Monday) through to late today. I realized that I used up the last Sars/Covid testing kit and have had to order some more. At least I could feel the auto immune system on overdrive kicking in to kick out whatever was causing the bulk of my issues. Less feverish and feeling overall much better. HOWEVER the damage re my lungs is permanent. Throat likewise NO real change there. I can’t emphasize enough that ‘HELL’ and I have NO doubts that the MEXATREXATE was what created it. Hence I am doing nothing re that until I see the latest blood results. IF I am going to comply with their wishes then I want some co operation re BLOOD RESULTS and OTHER test results such as that ‘punch biopsy’???? Let alone a lot of other tests that have been carried out to which I still have NO RESULTS etc

The RESPIRATORY system is impaired. It is or has been attacked to the level where brathing is harsh at times, some howl and growl remains evident. I need to make sure this is NOT because of ie COVID. Quite possible when I have been out and about with a compromised immune system to have picked up something like that??
I am NOT happy that my immune system is being played with ie by medication etc.
The METHOTREXATE is being carefully reviewed AND is currently NOT being taken. For good reason. I need my immune system even if it is OVER ACTIVE to take out whatever is attacking my system. THEN when I have some semblance of achieved results, that can allow me to feel comfortable about taking the METHOTREXATE; I will establish another regime where that can be used. My body has been wrecked within weeks of taking that METHOTREXATE re overall well being, physically and anatomically, with a lot of issues, that stem directly or indirectly; from the impaired immune system.
Weakness, breathing problems, armpit and that lesion. Throat issues and the thinking that this IS Sjögren's syndrome for the FACT that the symptoms, DIAGNOSIS is too apparent for it NOT to be. I said from the start, this is MY BODY, not something for others to play with and think that I suffer the consequences when they get it WRONG. I’ve better control over my blood pressure, BUT even those stats, remain problematic. HOWEVER there ae reasons for that being ‘tempermental’ because of the crazy number of VARIABLES that are inconsistent, irregular and ? ! appearing as lumps, bumps, swelling, bleeding and more.
As for BLOOD RESULTS?? I need those results from the various blood tests so that I can see and assess what is going on.. MAJOR in the continuation of attempting to maintain some decent level of WELL BEING and NOT WILL being..

Overall a bad day. A lot of weakness, mobility impaired and feeling ‘feverish’.

Still having problems and issues re LEFT SHIN muscle area is VERY painful, with or without; touching. (Tibialis anterior.)
I have no doubts whatosever that damage to that muscle IS a FACT. It is compromised and it continues with little change other than it is getting more PAINFUL I’m carefully monitoring that area for any SWELLING.
Spine = Lumbar region, lower back pain is causing problems re my mobility.
I still have some howl, growling re breathing, some shortness of breath.
Dryness of the throat unchanged re that. Sjögren's syndrome ? (Auto immune related ??)
Using Dermovate cream AND Trimovate cream as prescribed.
The ‘lesion’ area is less painful and some relief re discomfort - Dressing changes are progressing well.

Am going to start using Gaviscon today and see if the after taste is due to gut gases etc?

Overall ? Chronic fatigue, body temperature dropping to cold, damp soaking wet. SHIN muscle area VERY painful and sore; (Tibialis anterior.) issues getting WORSE. I have no choice re taking the Aspirin 75mgs as the risks of DVT and or DVE are almost certainly a possibility. As for a stroke? I am more than aware of the heightened risks there and heightened they ARE.

The varicose veins are NOT itchy, painful to the touch.
My LEFT THIGH area has damage to the Gluteous Maximus and the pain and discomfort from the damaged muscle apart from the usual NUMBNESS has also today been a real issue.

I’m going to apply the DERMOVATE cream to the ‘lesion’ area and use a dressing patch changing it twice a day for the next 7 days to see what transpires.
My left leg re the SHIN muscle (Tibialis anterior) is being painful. I have another  suspicious veiny coloured PATCH appear similar to the one on the top of my right hand located over the shin area - (Tibialis anterior.) The muscle area is sensitive to the touch,; painful when depressed and that veiny patch?? Muscle wasting is VERY evident !

Perhaps I need to remind viewers again re my current health issues?
Unchanged issues. Acute Polymyositis. Peripheral Neuralgia with extensive nerve damage <30 to >40% loss of sensation. Statin relatted myopathy. Myalgia AND extensive muscle damage / loss / wasting. Dysphagia. Abnormal lesion (Gluteus Maximus) with subcutaneous damage AND currently awaiting results of ‘punch biopsy’ to ascertain if suspected malignancy is correct.
Abnormal body temperature that causes the overall peripheral body temperature to be extremely COLD to the touch.
Extreme Creatine Kinase levels . HMGCR Auto immune antibodies ?+ Necrotizing myopathy.
Extreme tiredness with inability at times to stay awake.. loss of concentration.
Various lumps, bumps and swellings. Capillary bleeding into the tissues especially around the ankles / lower limbs with swelling (varicose veins) AND serious issues with cramp / spasms of the feet / lower limbs.

I’ve continued my sleep / resting period controlled from 11pm through to 7am
I did do blood pressure readings at 4am (see below) My armpits are improving with the continuing saline washes and keeping them as dry etc as possible. I will be publishing more photos..I did do a skin patch test on the Clobetasone cream and I will consider using that from today onwards..

One of the biggest issues I am continuing to experience on an increasing basis, is what I can only describe as borderline ‘narcolepsy’. This falling asleep during the daytime, often sudden and no real indications it is going to happen?? It literally drives me mad.. prevents me from focusing, affects my cognitive abilities ONLY in respect that I fall asleep! I’m monitoring, observing and looking for possible solutions to try and stop this, or at least gain some controls over it.. It’s NOT sleep deprivation. Obviously given my medical /physical and etc issues its probably no surprise this is happening. So that I can maintain a healthy sleep cycle.. Despite being asked to report blood pressure readings etc to my local GP /practioner it seems they are not interested thus I have discontinued and now limit my interaction with them,.
Apparemtly the local practicioner / GP / myGP consultant who I took a call from this morning thinks that I am not taking into consideration how long it can take for the Doxazosin 2mgs to work effectively. Pardon me for being too dumb to realise that it can take a few weeks for it to stabilise etc.. my blood pressure.. Most of my viewers to this web I think will appreciate that dumh I am NOT..
Thus to please that individual.. I have decided to forego my original suggestion which was to take a nominal Ramipril dose of 2.5mgs and continue with just the Doxazosin 2mgs daily until we start to see radical changes re my blood pressure figures? Which I suspect WILL happen. I should also add that that individual also seemed concerned that I was NOT taking the Ramipril 10mgs with the Doxazosin 2mgs daily ? UHH??? What one might ask, would they do if I ended up with some serious issues from doing that.. (well there is always A and E {UK} I must have my partner stop laughing.. BUT that is exactly how the practicioner / GPs etc think.. A and E that is.. I’d hate to have them playing monopoly with me.. that get out of prison free card.. eh..I’ve said it before they may think they are but invariably they are NOT just because they are practioners/GPs etc; GODS.. A law until themselves.. well hmm... If anyone is going to GAMBLE re my life, my health and well being?? You got it; ME thanks.

We are probably seeing the increases because I am NOT taking Ramipril? What we saw with the earlier LOWER figures was a combination of the stored slowly being released remaining reserves within my body of the Ramipril combined with the new DAILY dose of Doxazosin 2mgs
What I need and will be discussed today is a LOW dose of Ramipril : 2.5mgs OR 5mgs with the new DAILY dose of Doxazosin 2mgs

Tiredness has been a real problem, almnost ‘chronic fatigue’ with suddenly falling asleep. Reduced concentration and cognitive focusing. I’m carefully monitoring this.
Note the 6pm readings re the Blood Presure.. even from RESTING with no real exercise etc.. the PULSE rate is definitely ELEVATED.. >112 compared to the MID DAY readings with the pulse rate at <> 109.. this is attributable to the Doxazosin 2mg as it has been a fixed effect from taking that drug. The pulse rate is ALWAYS above 100 The 6pm readinga are also showing elevated Systolic AND Diastolic figures. I will continue to monitor and see how over the next 12 hours through to 8am on the 6th September 2023 the readings are.

As bacteria won’t grow on SALT it makes for a really good cleaning agent.
Boiling the water with salt added to let it simmer for about 5 mins and then letting it cool down before using it as a cleansing agent..
WORKS.
