I do need to point out that I am on an IMMUNE SUPPRESSANT METHOTREXATE 15mgs (Monday each week) THAT can cause my immune system to be seriously compromised thus allowing ???Please bear that in mind re the following!
OK ..or not.. I thought I would do some RIGHT armpit pics so that a comparison could be made between the ‘infected’ LEFT armpit and the not so RIGHT???.

I’m going to boil up some water add SALT to it (That also increases the boiling point ) let it cool so I can wash the affected area with it. It will be interesting to see the end result re that.
Uhh.. Take a look at a pic re the RIGHT armpit..!! The RIGHT armpit area is not so sore as the LEFT. though notice the nodule on BOTH the LEFT and RIGHT armpit areas.
Both of these areas will require constant monitoring and further investigation.
The overall BODY TEMPERATURES are totally erratic.
The THIGH temperatures are WARMER than normal.. whereas the
EAR, Forehead, Palm and abdomen are colder.

 LEFT armpit = infected area?? is wet and weeping / seeping ?? Very sore / raw. Skin is broken .. infection? Glandular?? Have carefully dried and cleaned the area with surgical spirit (slight stinging) - will continue to clean, apply dressing as best I can.
Problematic re applying a dressing etc ! Will have to use a bandage etc
These areas are always difficult to put dressings on after cleaning - drying.
The easiest is to use sterile gauze and allow to sit between the fold.. a bandage can be used, lightly to keep the gauze in place.
Regular saline . salt wash and making sure the area is kept as dry as possible.

Interesting to see: Does NOT nor is meant to represent MY current medication or issues.. BUT! Certain individuals DID increase my Gabapentin dose from 2 x 300mgs DAILY to 3 x 300mgs DAILY... I have now decreased the dosage back to the former 2 x 300mgs AND am looking to drop the dose to a maximum of 1 x 300mgs.

Update 28th - 29th August 2023
Not much different from the previous days re discomfort ! Though I have continued to take the Ramipril increased dose - now 10mgs DAILY :
Blood pressure LATEST first: 175/116/88 - 177/111/88 - 173/114/97 - 175/110/97 - 179/118/97 - 183/117/95 Eyesight is affected with I suspect the blood pressure being a primary cause?
Monday = Methotrexate dose taken. Am wondering if that has kept the blood pressure elevated.
Weakness continues re mobility issues. Breathing and respiratory = slight ‘sticky’ cough/ shallow hiss and wheeze is continuing. Dysphagia: Throat is definitely worse with dryness, swallowing and overall discomfort. Am monitoring/observing - all of these and ALL of the usual issues; more than aware of ongoing AND additional complications / additions to my health and well being - mental and physical.
Urinalysis is OK re frequency, color is OK, No distinct unpleasant smell, clinistix OK. Bowels OK.
Fluid and food intake OK Fluid intake highlights the mouth / throat issues.

Update : 25th - 27th August 2023
Chest wheeziness.. with shallow breathing, distinctive howl / growl. This has been getting worse over the last few weeks.. I’m thinking of recording some of that ... it’s definitely affecting breathing.
BP : over the last 24 hours : 166/114/105 - 163/100/99 - 165/106/97
Throat : dry, swallowing with some difficulty plus having to clear my throat more often.
Gut remains an issue with some uncomfortable discomfort.
Generally overall - weakness re lower limbs, is causing me some mobility issues. I’m recording peripheral temperatures as low as 96.4, numbness AND COLD re the LEFT thigh in particular BUT also abdomen.!
Upper = arms are problematic, the elbow joint on the RIGHT arm can be VERY painful, hands L / R are continuing to be be puffy, swollen, painful. ~
GUT: I’ve been having gastric problems. Stomach upset, gastric discomfort, with diarrhea. Low acidity. Lower abdominal discomfort is very apparent, no sharp stabbing pains ie kidneys, etc nor problems re passing urine re stones or burning etc
BUT the discomfort is definitely an unpleasant experience.
DYSPHAGIA IS present at times with some discomfort re swallowing, clearing the throat is also becoming more of a regular issue.
Overall urinalysis (clinistix) is not showing anything of significance. Color / smell is OK. Frequency is OK.

COGNITIVE: I am noticing some issues re thought processes, concentration is also being affected. This is something I WILL be taking more notice off as it has NOT been an issue until recently.
Eyesight due to concentration issues re focusing et is also being affected. Dryness re the skin etc eye sockets is also irritating.
If I suspect medication et is responsible for my COGNITIVE issues there will be some radical ‘rethinking’ going on on my part. I am NOT prepared to have my sanity let alone my ability to stay aware of what is happening especially re those who are treating, medicating me. At the mercy of others is bad enough with some sanity, losing that and compromising MY sanity is NOT going to happen.
There may be a war zone ahead..

So let’s goi over from top to bottom my current issues - health and well being / mobility / cognitive etc
Starting from the HEAD:
Changes in outer skin areas YES. extra umps and bumps YES
EYES: VISION etc : Generally OK for my age etc - keeping latest eye testing up to date YES
NASAL :breathing can be compromised at times especially re some mobility issues. Slower, heavier, shallow at times YES. Sinuses ? Generally OK. Mouth and jaw etc Generally OK BUT.. have to be careful re swallowing at times (some random) DYPHAGIA - YES.
EARS: Hearing can be compromised but due to the build up of EAR WAX : YES HOWEVER, the ‘black eye’ effect that took place on the RIGHT eye re the socket area etc that left me looking as though I had been punched in that area to leave extensive bruising? also had the right side of my face feeling a degree of numbness that also affected the RIGHT EAR and making the apparent deafness in that are VERY apparent. I suspect the motor neurone / auto immune system affected the action of the bodies response to clearing down ear wax by knocking out the sensory et systems within the ear? NOTE the inner ear was NOT infected, nor showed any indication of damage etc. The ear outer WAS noticeably NUMB by about 20%
HEADACHES etc YES at times. Parietal lobe based YES.
CERVICAL spine, NECK can be painful with VERY restricted movement. Creaking, cracking sounds, borederline nausea : YES.Muscle cramping / Spasms : YES.

Upper body from neck shoulders, to arms and hands.. to lower spine.
Overall can be seriously problematic : Massive muscle and skin mass damage / loss. Lumps, bumps and other such as lesions? YES. Punch biopsy performed on ‘lesion’ Probably malignant ?YES. Still awaiting results YES. Hands swollen, hot, pins and needles effect along arm to hands? YES.
Nails and overall condition of etc OK Palms of the hands have a distinct red RASH to them,. THAT has NOT changed in over 7 months.,
Skin /. lumps / bumps etc Right ELBOW area has soft tissue mass / lump, NOT muscle.
Right arm is deformed due to muscle and skin / tissue loss - deformed / reformed mass.
Tibia / Radius and Ulna configuration appears slightly abnormal RIGHT arm. RIGHT ELBOW mass shows visually, definitely deformed / reformed abnormality. Radius and Ulna area also has extra skin / mass that bulks out that area of the arm making it look deformed et Wrist area is also showing deformity re appearance re mass. Changes in bone structure et YES. Changes in blood flow re veins and other YES.
The LEFT arm is less affected BUT also a lot of muscle AND tissue wastage. Changes in LEFT wrist re bone / blood flow/ skin mass etc YES.
UPPER RIGHT hand has a new skin patch appear that looks ‘malignant’ with white spots / lumps that at times can seem sticky AND seeping liquid?? NOT a bruise !
Chest : Overall: Some wheezing, tightness of the chest at times YES.
**I WAS attempting to continue this weekend to update with a lot of extensive and more indepth data re my current health and well being. That failed due to other health factors that severely limited me in doing so. “
TUES 23rd August 2023
Lower body : The ‘lesion’ remains unchanged re sensitivity including numbness and general discomfort. The impaired gluteus maximus and surrounding muscle / tendons etc are affecting mobility. No changes re the coldness, the numbness and some continuing gnawing pain re the left thigh in particular.
Overall the lower limbs, legs etc have ongoing unchanging, issues re CRAMP with some bleeding continuing into the tissues, some swelling of the ankles in particular.
NO changes re the continued pain and discomfort from the knees. The lateral and medial muscles have been giving a dull pain to that region for over 7 months; unchanged.
Varicose veins on the LEFT below the knee, shin area whereas the RIGHT leg is NOT showing the same issues. I am continuing to take the limited 75mg dose of ASPIRIN despite some disagreement with me and the GP. I want to make it clear, the risk of me getting a DVT or DVE are heavily increased AND I am NOT willing to take the chance of that happening IF i can help reduce the odds ?? Against and Ii understand lto a degree the other risks of internal bleeding, or from organ failure etc OR any other related situation where BLEEDING might take place. The ASPIRIN thinning the blood??
The FEMUR, TIBIA and FIBULA, bones appear OK re mobility in general AND not showing exhibiting pain, discomfort or cause for concern other than the occasional twinge of pain etc especially re the hip joints. HOWEVER, it is a FACT that the glueus maximus muscles and no doubt, other muscles within the legs have been heavily impacted re their mass, their strength AND DAMAGE due to NECROSIS.
One of the most concerning issues re the lower legs IS the inability to rise from kneeling on the floor to standing position, without help from others. At a certain point of shifting downwards, a level can be reached where the lower body weakness kicks in and even with a reasonable attempt to improve UPPER body strength, that can fail to compensate. An example is bending down or attempting to kneel, to take items from a fridge etc?! This is a seriously NOT good idea without first sitting on an object to bend forward to do so that will still allow me to rise from that seated position safely and securely.
General mobility - using the necessary toilet facilities, bathing et can still be problematic and limited. WALKING, moving around and overall MOBILITY is slowing down due to the lower leg problems in particular due to swollen ankles, bleeding into the tissue and sometimes SEVERE CRAMP.
Lumbar region re spine etc: Lower back pain in particular can be slight to almost crippling. Bending over from the upright position is almost impossible to definitely NOT going to happen scenario. VERY PAINFUL. Sometimes the spinal column can exhibit spasms of pain that exacerbate the lower lumbar region pain and discomfort, affecting the hips and sacral areas causing impaired mobility issues.
Lumps, bumps, bruises, muscle wastage, body mass wastage are visually and physically apparent re damage and impairment. It will be interesting to see how the CK levels continue AND how the METHOTREXATE medication affects me future wise.

Update 4th August 2023:
I am going to start using METHOTREXATE 2.5mg tabs : x 6 tablets (15mgs total) : on ONE day a week : (Monday of each coming week) with using FOLIC ACID 1 tablet on the THURSDAY following.
With frequent blood testing : on average every two weeks. I will keep viewers updated as I get the results re this.

Blood pressure issues : I am suggesting the use of a beta blocker to help me get some control over this problematic issue.
Mobility : I am getting some weakness in the lower limbs and that is causing me some concerns re overall ‘ stability ’ when upright etc The occasional urge to drop to the ground etc can be very unnerving at times. Generally a sense of losing ‘ strength ‘ re the legs etc. I am sure that muscle wastage has occurred. I have already pointed out that the Gluteus Maximus has been seriously compromised and suspect re ongoing necrosis.
Coldness and numbness I am also sure has increased re ‘density’ over the lower limbs. It will certainly be VERY interesting to see how the Thermal imaging will highlight this.
The ‘LESION’ has not altered re pain, coldness, numbness and I am sure that that IS MALIGNANT. IT is almost certainly stimulating an excess of auto immune antibodies. It is also I am sure helping to keep the CK levels HIGH. JUNE CK readings were 737 (Previous readings have been up to 32,000 )

Current STEROID MEDICATION : 4 tabs x 5mgs PREDNISOLONE. (20mgs daily)

Unchanged issues. Acute Polymyositis. Neuralgia with extensive nerve damage <30 to >40% loss of sensation. Myalgia AND extensive muscle damage / loss / wasting. Dysphagia. Abnormal lesion (Gluteus Maximus) with subcutaneous damage AND currently awaiting results of ‘punch biopsy’ to ascertain if suspected malignancy is correct. Abnormal body temperature that causes the overall peripheral body temperature to be extremely COLD to the touch. Extreme Creatine Kinase levels .1000 and beyond. HMGCR Auto immune antibodies ?+ Necrotizing myopathy.
Extreme tiredness with inability at times to stay awake.. loss of concentration.
Various lumps, bumps and swellings. Capillary bleeding into the tissues especially around the ankles / lower limbs with swelling AND serious issues with cramp / spasms of the feet / lower limbs.
Hypertension is problematic. 2nd August : readings : 181/109/88 - 172/112/89 - 174/110/91
I am going to modify my diet to include some foods that are known to help reduce blood pressure?!
