Chest tightness with some wheeze
Problems with irregular but increased bowel movement. from previous increaae of about twice a day to the worst of 4 times in one day. Light diahorhea. Not ‘melena’. Haematochezia ? Discomfort is definitely LOWER BOWEL. NOT ruling out Ascending / Transverse / Descnding colon related. Flatulence re wind in the bowel is common.
NOT ‘Irritable bowel syndrome,’ nor due to diet changes etc)
Check for bowel cancer = possible lower blood bleed
(fresh blood NOT small / upper intestine related melena..)
Chronic fatigue coupled with some visual issues.
Mobility and motivity issues remain a struggle as they are at times seriously compromised!
Blood pressure is remaining fairly steady.

Have to ease up as my eyes are playing up, re patience required on my part for them to take an hour or so to focus without having to ‘strain my eyes’.
Eye test (annuall) was certainly worth the time and effort on my part.
Some changes requiring a change in my ‘optics’. New glasses both for long distnce AND computer work!
Intereting however is that my RIGHT eye is being problematic.
Whereas the actual bakc ot the eye scans are really good... showing little or no problems there? Serously good!
BUT ! We need to remember that the RIGHT eye was inflamed and the lids swollen along with some numbness, lack of sensitivity, over the right cheek of the face? Looked as though my eye one could call a ‘black eye’ was where someone had smacked me one bruising it? NOT the case! BUT a by porduct of the auto immune system triggering that to occur.
Some physical ‘twitching’ of the eyelids observed. but mostly the clearly recognisable black and swollen eye lids AND as said, the numb right face cheek. The LEFT eye was NOT affected!
I’m going to take a break now and will add more to this day’s reports later.. when my eyes recover ..

Chronic fatigue is a real nuisance. I also have SWOLLEN GLANDS again! especially the R armpit. Left is slightly swollen. Neuralgia,tingling and some pain, BOTH arms is also prevalent. Stretching of arms is producing some muscle tension/spasm, that is unpleasant, side effect of nausea.

I am currenty going through all of the previous paperwork, tests, scans and more and will provide a full on list of all results, non results and more to date.
Generally I am not good. It is a real struggle for me re mobility and more. BUT I have so far managed to at least keep myself from being at ‘their’ metcy or otherwise. Ah medcal professionals. That in some instances they are using to promote their assertions that they are always right when time after time I have proved them wrong. On reflection it is sometimes shocking as to the middle of the road, one size fits all medications, treatments and assertions.
The fight back is sometimes a real struggle for me. coupled wth all of the REAL issues going on whilst having to put up with some of their nonsense from time to time. I WILL show some correspondence to illustrate some of the hypocrisy, the deliberate at times LYING, as to why I am not sure? Missed results, failed tests? OR ? All I ask is judge for yourselves.
I’m going to review, publish to this journal, all of the tests, test resuts, examinations; MISSING or non existent test results etc + MY OWN experiences re health and well being from NOVEMBER 2022 to April 2024
Some information/exeriences already published to this journal.
I am NOT mentioning names BUT I WILL highlight deaprtment relevance ie Rheumatology, Dermatology, ENT etc.

Eye test due within the coming week.
I have been experiencing some problems and will be interesed to see if eye issues NOT problematic re last years testing, are now apparent.
Overall I am NOT good. Health and well being is definitely compromised.

Impaired mobility due to chest tighness and some breathing difficulties.Congestion, inflamed sinuses.
Overall, little or no changes re present ongoing health and well being issues.
I’m constantly trying to keep ahead of by fighting back and attempting to have some cotnrols in place re those issues.
The renal ‘colic’ is a nuisance as it continues to indicate damage to the kidneys remains. As to what that will reveal later is something to be concerned about.
Prednisolone now 7mgs daily. It will be interesting to see how the next blood test results are especially re the CK levels etc.

MOBILITY and MOTIVITY are compromised. I’m seriously struggling at times BUT...
Let’s remeber that I will DO EVERYTHING I can to stop myself ending up in A and E (UK) or being admitted to hospital. The only reason I am pushing myself to the extreme is KNOWING what I can expect if that ever happens again. NOT in this lifetime.
I am now implementing my ‘selfish phase’ re those who think they can pull me about, have me pushed mobility wise re my having to rely on others for help re my getting around etc. and judge me as being capable of just that WITHOUT acknowledging the true problems I am having re my health and WELL being. Believe me, YES there are those who I have said before, who are of the mentality that unless you are getting someone to wipe your *rse, that you can’t be having issues especially re ie mobility!
The word they need to rememeber ‘Cantankeous,, is an understatement.
Diuresis is OK BUT I am getting spasm/ lower back pain VERY indicative of RENAL colic.. ie KIDNEY related!
Neck muscles / bones re stiffness, a lot of discomfort, crunching noises ... not good.
Tending to be worried at present as I am getting some head pains, spasm which has me VERY reactive to the possibility of ending up with a STROKE. NECK SPASM ?! CAROTID arterial ?!
THROAT is also a real nightmare/ EPIGLOTTIS and surrounding area, most unpleasant if I squeeze within that area, borderline nauseaus.
Chest area problematic. Tightness across the thoracic, difficulties re breathing. Continuing to use the inhaler with some relief but the discomfort is stlll apparent creating additional issues. Wheezy and coughing can be quite intense.

Cursed with ongoing Chronic fatigue coupled with stomach and some digestion issues.
Dryness of the throat with some irrtiation present.

Chest area problematic. Tightness across the thoracic, difficulties re breathing. Continuing to use the inhaler with some relief but the discomfort is stlll apparent creating additional issues. Wheezy and coughing can be quite intense.

Previous night not so good. Chest area problematic. Tightness across the thoracic, difficulties re breathing. Used inhaler with some relief but the discomfort is stlll apparent creating additional issues re trying to sleep.
Prednisolone now 7mgs daily. It will be interesting to see how the next blood test results are especially re the CK levels etc.
Hands are swollen with a lot of discomfort. Clicky, stiff. Motor neurone responses can be annoying when ie attempting to pick up an object? Knocking an item over?
Body rash, weals remain with skin discoloration/patches; thighs, arms, waist, anskles.
