Managed to get out and about..
Brought to the fore, some seriously, NOT good after effects. Terrifying to know, heavily compromised, re mobility and motivity. The feeling of tiredness, that more than evident WEAKNESS, lethargy in the limbs, coupled with LOWER BACK PAIN making things worse, far worse.
Way way worse however, when the time it takes to recover, from the experience. DAYS!
The sense, that I, am heading, towards dependency, on a wheel chair, is fast becoming a reality. In truth, had I known, from the original NHS spine scans, what the true situation was I might have accepted, reliance on such as a wheel chair, to contain damage, rather than pushing myself to limits that maybe I should not have been doing!
Some of the spine issues, are not recoverable. The more I push outside of my limitations the worse the situation overall gets. What has made things worse are those such as the GP, the NHS who don’t address those issues seriously.
They’re not advising me, nor have advised me NOT to push myself beyond my limits DUE to spine issues?? FACT! Why not? With all the apparent and KNOWN as FACT re the scans, tests, examinations carried out, they must, have been more than aware, of the increasing damage?
So no scan results forthcoming? Why might that be.. so they can claim ignorance later.. ‘well we were not aware it was that bad..’ Believe me, if you think that I am believing that, then say hello to imaginary friend.. or where the NHS the GP is concerned; imaginary friends!
I am now, completely reviewing, the mobility situation. It is now of key concern.

Not good ! Overall a general sense of some disorientation, apparent dehydration.. this does from time to time occur. Skin shrinkage, tight skin across the bones in particular creates problems re using fingers, hands etc Motivity, mobility issues. Some joint inflammation present. Mostly arms and hands, knuckles etc
I will focus on fluids, fluid intake.. DIET. The heat re hot weather is also not to be dismissed lightly. Some salt re increased intake is monitored carefully. The downsides to that can be far worse re internal organs, chemical inbalance.
I also have LOW IRON which I am currently trying to work around. NOT as easy as it might seem to resolve. More RED meat ie beef and LIVER? Kidney though of course the RED MEAT scenario can be another issue.
OF course, the scans and other investigations have revealed some deeply disturbing issues that were it NOT for having the foresight to commission those in the Private sector to to do those tests, scans, examinations?
The NHS? Shocking re what they did or rather DID NOT DO. That included the TESTS, SCANS, EXAMINATIONS results. This will be mde clearer re the published journal.
Johns Hopkins USA will be getting all of the updated results .. official documentation for them to peruse. This is for future reference purposes. I hope it will help re those who end up in my situation for them to understand how certain characteristics, signs, symptoms and treatment that I have found DOES NOT or DOES work for me in improving, maintaining and balancing out my HEALTH and WELL BEING?!
