The Ankles / feet.
The bruising and capillary damage with extensive bleeding into the surrounding tissues was clearly visible especially on the LEFT foot. The right foot also had some bleeding BUT not as bad as the LEFT.
Swelling was also present though once again NOT as much of a problem re the RIGHT foot.
Other problems were extensive CRAMP in BOTH feet that could be VERY PAINFUL, difficult to stop when it came to them going into spasms.
The real danger from these issues is also a heightened risk of DVT or DVE. Thus I resigned myself to continuing to take the low dose of Aspirin thus thinning the blood and hopefully reducing the risks re DVT / DVE.
B o t h l e g s :
Th e le gs ar e sh o wi ng no tic ea bl e dif fer en ce re loss of flesh and muscle mass. The LEFT leg has more mass BUT far more circulation problems with some varicose veins AND swelling. The lower foot as has been shown above, is also seriously compromised.
The RIGHT leg has a bony protrusion which can be outlined across the top of the leg below the knee.
BOTH legs suffer from the 30 - 40% numbness and loss of sensitivity. Cold to the touch and can be painful to the touch.
The knees have for months always had lateral and medial muscle pain / discomfort that has NOT varied.
Both are upper GLUTEOUS MAXIMUS muscle damaged. Thus overall mobility is impaired.
Walking up stairs remains an issue. A small flight of stairs to ie a landing area, can leave me almost to the point of breathlessness AND a VERY high risk of dropping to the ground. (Recently verified and quite disconcerting.)

I’m finding odd lumps often soft tissue (thiis one was found on the right arm behind the elbow,) but the suspicion is some of what I am finding was originally muscle?? Turned to a fatty soft tissue can be due to the CK enzyme damaging muscle and converting it into fat etc. ?
When this occurs of course, that means the muscle is gone or useless AND the end result is a marked weakness because the original muscle is NOT replaced?
I’ve worked hard to try and improve my upper body strength. However I have to remember ALWAYS; working muscles can stimulate the CK enzyme responses which in turn means it chomps away at the muscle et as well as the CK count rising? Hence another problem with the overall CK level figures remaining seriously HIGH.
