One of the more puzzling aspects one might say, is the appearance of this ‘rash’ on BOTH palms of my hands. That since it appeared has NOT gone away.

It seems more distinct in certain light.. also some  of the spots become hard with a tough skin that makes them distinctive from the underlying ‘spots.

I have tried using an antihistamine with no effect. It’s NOT due to an allergy etc.. it is NOT painful nor itchy.. just there.

NOR is it found anywhere else on my body! Those I have consulted about this don’t seem too bothered by it BUT surely it must be there because of something causing it ??

When my hands swell up ie get ‘puffy’ and sometimes painful there is a slight deepening of the callouses re color and hardening of the skin for certain spots NOT all of them.

If I get a sudden drop in body temperature, the palms ares selddom affected other than being normal re heat OR as high as 99F ie HOT ! noticeably so when placed against my left exposed thigh.. which remains COLD to the touch ! Contrast between hot and cold is VERY noticeable.
